About The Wedding Tenor – professional wedding singer based in Florence, Italy
The Wedding Tenor is a Florence based opera singer, actor and pianist.
He began his artistic career playing the main roles in the most famous operettas such as “La vedova allegra”, "L'Acqua Cheta", "Il Paese dei campanelli ”, “Al cavallino bianco”, “Casa mia casa mia” with various theatre companies in many Italian theatres.
At the same time he carries out concert activity in Italian and European theatres, corporate events, churches, with a wide repertoire ranging from opera, to operetta, to Neapolitan songs, soundtracks, sacred arias, operatic-pop, chamber romanze and arias baroque.
Performing alongside a Florence based Soprano singer, he gives life to a long-lasting artistic partnership by staging musical performances, which see the two artists as protagonists in the guise of singers, actors and presenters.
I'm regularly booked to perform for weddings and events at Villa Catignano in Siena, Castello di Rosciano in Perugia and Villa di Bivigliano in Tuscany, Italy.
Meanwhile The Wedding Tenor also specialises in private events such as wedding banquets and meetings, which take place in Medici villas, ancient historic buildings, castles, where he performs managing to involve the participants thanks to his wide repertoire and his theatrical experience as an actor/singer.
The Wedding Singer is available in Tuscany, Umbria, and all Italy. He is capable of providing entertainment for different parts of an event, such as the ceremony, aperitif, and dinner or welcome dinner.
His repertoire encompasses a vast array of musical genres such as sacred, religious, classical, opera, romanza, operetta, neapolitan, operatic pop, Italian and international music.
It's possible to customise the songs list and learn and perform songs on request. He sings accompanied by a musician (Piano, Organ, etc..) or bringing his own professional backing tracks.
