More information about The Billboards

Their classic three-piece includes a charismatic male vocalist and guitarist, a tight-grooving bass player and a fatback funky drummer delivering the disco, funk and soul hits you know and love: from Whitney to Justin, Stevie to Bey, and everything in between.

Those looking to add a little extra to proceedings can bring the band up to four, with the addition of a virtuoso keyboardist expanding The Billboard’s repertoire to an even wider range of classic and contemporary tracks.

We also offer the addition of a super-smooth saxophonist to create the ultimate experience in live entertainment: a full-throttle five-piece dance outfit your guests won’t forget in a hurry.

The band may be little – but boy is the party big. The Billboards has a customisable line-up that can give you the perfect entertainment for any event:

  • 3-Piece: Vocal/Guitar, Bass, Drum Kit
  • 4-Piece: Plus Keyboard
  • 5-Piece: Plus Keyboard and Saxophone

So, if you’re looking to hire one of London’s best wedding & party bands, look no further than The Billboards and get in touch today!

FAQs

Can you provide a DJ?

We can provide a full DJ service to keep the party going all night! If you’d rather however, we can also play recorded music through our PA system - just let us know.

Can you play my first dance?

Absolutely - we can learn and perform your first dance (within reason!). Very rarely our clients will choose a first dance that is simply not possible given our instruments and repertoire, but where this is the case, we can play the song for you through our PA System.

How long can you play for?

Usually, we would perform 2 x 60 minute high-energy sets, but we can be flexible to suit your wedding and perform for longer, or with different timings to fit your day.

Do you bring all your own equipment?

Yes - we typically bring a sound system, basic lighting, and everything else we need to put on a show-stopping performance. If you do have any special requirements (for example, a bigger lighting show, or staging) just ask!

Do you have insurance?

We have full public liability insurance up to £5,000,000, and all of our equipment has been PAT tested too, for those venues that need the peace of mind.

How far can you travel?

We are based in the UK, and we regularly travel up and down the country and Europe depending on where the booking is. As such we are very happy to travel wherever in the world you need us to!

Can we use a microphone for speeches?

We can provide a microphone with our PA system that you can use for speeches, but do let us know in advance so we can plan for this!
