How long are the band's live sets?
We usually perform two live sets lasting one hour each. In addition, we provide a first dance song for wedding couples and an encore of one or two songs, totalling over two hours of live music for you and your guests to enjoy.
Can we provide an iPod with our own playlists and play through the band's speaker system between live sets?
Absolutely. We actually encourage clients to create playlists on their own devices. This way the music in between our sets is exactly to your liking. Everything will be set up for you, including the cable to connect your device. So you can simply plug-in and start playing your music.
If you prefer, however, we also have an iPod with an extensive range of party songs which can also be used – it’s your choice!
What time to do you arrive to set up?
Arrival times can vary as every event is different. Adam, the band’s manager will discuss arrival and set up times with you.
Can we watch the band perform before booking?
Most of our events are private and are often in tricky venue locations or have high security. It therefore isn’t easy to see us play unless we are playing a public showcase. Most clients are able to get a good feeling of us by watching our video content.
How much do you cost?
Our price is dependant on a number of variables such as the desired band line-up, location of venue, time required by the band on site, and often additional options. To get a quote on your event, send us an enquiry on FixTheMusic and Adam will get back to you within 48 hours.
Can the band learn some songs that we particularly want at our wedding?
It is possible to learn first dance songs when booked far enough in advance, however unfortunately due to our busy schedule, we simply don’t have the time to learn every one our clients' requests to the standard we pride ourselves on.
Adam, the band’s manager will discuss your individual musical tastes in order to put together tailored sets from the wide repertoire of songs that the band already perform. On this note, we have tried and tested set lists that have proven time after time to get guests of all ages up and dancing all night long.
We pride ourselves on working to put together set lists that satisfy a whole audience so you are in very safe hands!
