"My wife's love of steelpan is indescribable, so it was my main goal in the run up to our big day to arrange for someone to play them at our wedding as a surprise for her. I spoke with numerous organisations in the year before our big day but I just didn't feel confident that they understood what I was hoping for. I was just about to give up looking but had one last ditch attempt in asking a friend, & as luck would have it, she had a contact who knew him. How lucky was I!!!!!!! He patiently listened to my naive ramblings of what I wanted him to play during the ceremony & reception & kindly advised on the correct course of action. My main concern was 'would one musician sound as good as two or three?' but boy, was I worrying over nothing!!!! In the weeks leading up to our wedding, he was in contact on a regular basis to let me hear what he'd been working on. It was great to hear a minute or two of the tunes my wife was expecting to hear from a CD player! I was so relaxed on the big day about he surprising my bride to be, but had no idea how brilliantly it would work out. He travelled right across town into Surrey, set up for the ceremony & then moved into an adjoining room for the reception as though in stealth mode. He professionally & kindly read the situation when we were running late due to local traffic & just went with the flow. He really helped piece the whole day together. My only two issues were - my wife's make-up had to be quickly patched up after she first heard the steelpans & that we were dragged outside for photos during the reception, therefore missing some of his music. Every single guest praised his music & we are sure to be booking him again in the future. Thank you. Jamie & Jodi xx"

"A massive thank you for playing at our wedding at Blake Hall. As our guests arrived at the venue for outdoor reception drinks they were able to enjoy some fantastic and unique music. My wife and I trusted him to chose his own playlist and this was a great move, we heard a real variety of songs, from classics to even the most modern tracks. He helped create a real party atmosphere and was a talking point for the rest of the evening with many guests mentioning what a nice surprise he had been. I would also like to mention how professional he was, both in the run-up to the wedding and on the day itself. He insisted on meeting with us in his own time to discuss our plans and it was clear that he wanted to give us peace of mind. On the day itself, he insisted on arriving well before his start time so that he could set up and sound check. We would highly recommend him for anyone considering live entertainment.
