About The Blarneys Irish Band – professional Irish wedding band based in Manchester
Playing a unique blend of raucous Celtic rock as well as pop and rock classics, The Blarneys are different from your average insipid covers band.
The songs are played with a passion and energy that is guaranteed to leave the crowd singing, dancing and begging for more!
With over a decades experience of working in the wedding industry, we're a talented group of musicians with a passion for performance.
We're regularly booked to perform for weddings and events at Abbeywood Estate in Northwich, Cheshire.
Primarily, we are a quartet featuring bass, drums, acoustic guitar and fiddle/lead guitar/mandolin. However, we can perform as a semi-acoustic trio featuring cajón instead of drums.
This allows us the flexibility to meet the needs of your event, whatever they might be.
Our repertoire of music includes collections of popular songs from pop, rock, soul and indie (and of course, Irish!) and an extensive selection of covers and musical compositions perfect for any and every occasion.
We’re flexible in the songs and styles we perform and will work with you to suit your event. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch for more information!
We are available as an Irish wedding band for hire in North West England, as well as corporate events, private parties and charity events in the region.
Here are just some of the locations where we have been booked by clients on FixTheMusic for weddings and events...

"You were fab on Saturday night. We really enjoyed ourselves, though not quite sure how Mike got up with you to sing!!! Feedback from our friends and family (from Ireland) has been fantastic - venue, band, happy time had by all. We booked The Blarneys for our wedding because we wanted something a little different and we were absolutely delighted.
