Matt and Owen front The Cambridge Wedding Band with an impressive display of musical versatility. Both excellent singers, they complement each other's voices with vocal harmonies, percussion and by trading places on the piano.
Owen also brings a few additional layers to the performance – modern synth sounds, acoustic guitar and the occasional trumpet solo.
Matt and Owen's energy and vocal flexibility allow The Cambridge Wedding Band to offer a much broader repertoire than most ensembles whilst still doing justice to the originals.
Joe Taylor (Drums and Backing Vocals) and Tiago Coimbra (Bass) provide a solid funk groove and ensure that the blues-rocking of Vess Popov (Guitar) comes back down to earth eventually.
This eclectic mix of musicians and musical tastes has entertained audiences across the UK for many years, amassing a strong local following in addition to a broad portfolio of private and corporate clients.
