Taking you back to the golden age of jazz, the Gold Standard Jazz Band are a roaring seven-piece vintage jazz band performing hits from the speakeasy bars of the Prohibition era through to the end of the Swing era.

Based in Manchester, they have had audiences jumpin’ and jivin’ on dance floors across the country.

The band are more than happy to travel and perform regularly across the country at weddings, private parties and corporate events.

​Since 2016 they have been steadily building a reputation as one of the hardest working swing bands in the north of England, with appearances at Manchester Jazz Festival, Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Lake District Summer Music, Buxton International Festival, Manchester Day, Brecon Jazz Festival, Marsden Jazz Festival and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Gold Standard Jazz Band have also organised a number of UK tours, sharing their enthusiasm for this music through gigs, Lindy Hop events and theatre shows.
